Although the introduction is in English, the entire course is presented in Spanish and the course presents all information through a cultural context. There are five modules and each focuses on a region of the Spanish-speaking world and features an icon of that region. At the start of the pandemic, I led a collaborative project to create accessible proficiency-based modules for advanced Spanish classes that could be used for in-person, hybrid, or online instruction.
